Talking Clock Digital app for iPhone and iPad

Talking Clock Digital is specifically designed to do one thing and one thing only – tell time. When launched, Talking Clock Digital announces the time, day and date. The time, day and date fill the screen both horizontally or vertically. To hear the time again, tap on the screen.

By design there are no other features to complicate Talking Clock Digital. There are no alternative colors, the screen is white lettering on black background, designed with the visually impaired in mind. There is no alarm clock, alternate fonts, or voices other than the spoken voice of Candice Agree, the renown radio voice of WQXR Classical music in New York (recently acquired by WNYC).

Calendar day and dates are announced along with the time. Unlike other iPhone apps which are either clock OR calendar, Talking Clock Digital includes both clock AND calendar.

Talking Clock Digital is also designed to load and announce the time instantly. There is no waiting for the application.

Talking Clock Digital may be used as a desk clock when docked; will not automatically turn off or sleep.
